Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sydney is seeking a senior project leader to drive outcomes across planning, design development and delivery phases for major building and infrastructure programmes. You will manage scope, budget and quality, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and provide leadership through complex interfaces while engaging stakeholders.

The role requires senior management experience and strong governance and risk skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Design Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex building, infrastructure or capital works projects.
• Experience in client-side, consulting or principal contractor environments will be highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project controls, governance and risk management.
• Experience operating at senior management, Associate Director or Project Director level.

• Proven ability to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters.Experience operating at a senior management, Associate Director or Project Director level.
