Job summary

Wiley, based in Brisbane, seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead the design process for complex food and industrial projects. The role requires strong leadership, advanced Revit skills, and a practical grasp of constructability and delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Design and Engineering business unit, supporting complex projects in the food and industrial industries.

As Design Manager, you will lead and coordinate the design process, so documentation is complete, buildable and delivered to a high standard. Working closely with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers and project teams, you will help turn complex requirements into practical, efficient design solutions that support budgets, delivery programs and successful construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
