The Role

As Design Manager, you will coordinate and manage design activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring design documentation, consultant input and construction requirements are aligned with project objectives.

Working closely with builders, consultants and internal delivery teams, you will play a key role in balancing design intent with buildability, programme, cost and quality requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve design challenges and build productive working relationships will be essential to your success.
