Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in policy design and program reform.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement with multiple agencies.
• Strong writing and briefing skills for Cabinet submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Family Services design across Connecting, Strengthening and Restoring Families streams.
• Lead design improvements and reform of Family Services across the three streams, including cohort-specific and interface design solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to inform Family Services design and integration.
