Job summary

The Victorian Government invites applications for a Senior Learning and Development Consultant in the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. Qualifications

• System thinker with strong project management skills and eye for detail.
• Team player capable of building productive relationships within a team and with key stakeholders to collaborate on co-designing leadership development programs for the Child Protection Workforce.
• Passionate about innovative learning design and delivery models to create a contemporary leadership development program for the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full life cycle of projects to meet developmental objectives including: Leading research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
• Supporting the delivery of projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
• Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Conduct or participate in learning needs analysis to ensure learning and development offerings align with the needs of the organisation.
• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on learning and development opportunities that align with the needs of the department and which result in beneficial and measureable outcomes.
