Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering design, design coordination, or related project environment.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, construction, energy, or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, technical interfaces, deliverable management, and design documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews, and project interfaces across major infrastructure projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking, and design documentation processes.
• Work with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design requirements are understood and delivered.
• Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving design issues, risks, and technical interfaces.
• Maintain design registers, monitor progress, and contribute to effective engineering delivery outcomes.

Working closely with the Design Manager and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating design activities, managing interfaces, tracking deliverables, and helping deliver practical, buildable solutions on complex projects.
