Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units. The role is a temporary full-time position with a weekly remuneration package and 38 hours per week.

The CTC will manage patient caseloads across studies, ensuring coordination of study-specific procedures and adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in planning, coordination and conducting clinical research trials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research per ICH-GCP and national guidelines; current GCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient caseload for each study and coordinate all study-specific procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct study procedures to ensure protocol compliance.
