Job summary

LaserALL Dermal Clinics in North Willoughby is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our boutique dermal clinic. You will perform PicoWay laser treatments and a range of facials, peels and LED therapies using leading brands, with training provided if needed.

You will manage client consultations, skincare recommendations and calendar scheduling while delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Clinically oriented dermal therapist with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in laser treatments, preferably PicoWay.
• Excellent skincare consultation skills.
• Australian working rights or permanent residency.
• Minimum 2 years of clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform PicoWay laser treatments for pigmentation, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation.
• Provide Byonik PTL facials, chemical peels and LED therapies.
• Offer Hydrafacial, waxing, Cosmelan and Spot Out treatments as part of service mix.
• Maintain clinic calendar and coordinate bookings.
• Answer calls and follow up with clients, and manage stock levels.
• Conduct skin analyses, consultations and product recommendations.
• Training will be provided for PicoWay laser treatments if needed.

LaserALL® is a small dermal clinic in North Willoughby. Since opening in 2022, our bright, modern clinic has continued to grow, and we are now looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team and service our growing client base.

About the Role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team. We work with top-quality products from leading brands such as Toskani, Mesoestetic, and Bioline, but don't worry if you're not familiar with these products; we will provide training to get you up to speed. You should be familiar with PicoWay laser treatments or other laser technologies for pigmentation, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation, as previous laser experience is essential.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to performing treatments such as:

PicoWay laser treatments for pigmentation, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation

Byonik PTL Facials, Chemical peels and LED

Hydrafacial, waxing, Cosmelan and Spot Out Skin Treatments.

Maintaining the clinic calendar

Answering and following up on calls

Stocktake

Skin analyses, consultations and product recommendations to clients

Training will be provided for PicoWay laser treatments if you do not have experience with this technology.

About You

Along with your strong work ethic as our ideal candidate, you will have/be:

At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting

Previous experience with laser treatments (preferably with PicoWay or other advanced laser systems for skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal)

Be passionate about providing exceptional skincare services

Have full Australian working rights or hold permanent residency

Industry recognised Dermal qualifications such as a Diploma of Dermal Science and Therapies
