Skin Aesthetics Moama is partnered with The One Clinic Agency to recruit an experienced Dermal Therapist or Clinic Manager. The clinic offers Cutera Excel V, DEKA CO₂ lasers and other advanced treatments in a supportive environment.

You will perform skin consultations, create personalised plans and deliver treatments such as Laser Genesis, microneedling, peels, LED and facials. Full Australian working rights apply; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dermal Therapist or related field with 2+ years of hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments.
• Experience with laser, pigmentation, vascular, resurfacing or dermal treatments is preferred.
• Excellent client-care and communication; strong record-keeping and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver advanced skin therapies including Cutera Excel V, DEKA CO₂ Laser, CoolPeel and HydraFacial.
• Recommend professional skincare and homecare; maintain accurate clinical records and ensure safety standards.

About Skin Aesthetics Moama

The One Clinic Agency is partnering with Skin Aesthetics Moama to appoint an experienced Dermal Therapist or Clinic Manager.

This is an opportunity to join an established advanced skin clinic in Moama, working with proven technology, a supportive team and clients seeking results-focused skin treatments.

About the role

You’ll conduct skin consultations, develop personalised treatment plans and deliver advanced treatments, including:

• Cutera Excel V treatments, including Laser Genesis, pigmentation and vascular work
• DEKA CO₂ Laser and CoolPeel
• HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling and chemical peels
• LED light therapy and advanced facial treatments

You’ll also recommend professional skincare and homecare programs, maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to high standards of client care and treatment safety.

Experience with every device is not required. Experience with Cutera, DEKA or comparable platforms will be highly regarded.

About you

You’ll ideally have:

• A recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science, Beauty Therapy or a related field
• At least two years’ hands‑on experience in advanced skin, laser or dermal treatments
• Confidence with consultations, treatment planning and contraindication assessment
• Experience with laser, pigmentation, vascular, resurfacing, microneedling or corrective skin treatments
• Strong communication, organisation and client‑care skills

You’ll also be comfortable contributing occasionally to treatment videos, reels and behind‑the‑scenes social media content. Previous content creation experience is not required.

Clinic Manager pathway

An experienced candidate may be considered for a full‑time Clinic Manager / Dermal Therapist position, Monday to Friday.

This pathway requires experience leading a skin, laser, beauty or aesthetic clinic, including team development, client experience, daily operations and hands‑on treatments.
