Ashlee Jess Aesthetics Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLD is expanding its skin-treatment offering and seeks a Dermal or Advanced Skin Therapist who can grow with the clinic. The role starts with a regular weekday schedule and may extend to additional days and occasional Saturdays as demand rises.

Holders of a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or a relevant dermal qualification with 1–2 years of clinic experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or relevant dermal qualification.
• Has approximately one to two years of relevant clinic experience.
• Comfortable performing skin consultations, facials and foundational skin treatments.
• Experience with skin needling, peels, LED or IPL; training can be provided where required.
• Communicates professionally and warmly with clients.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage treatment and administration duties.
• Comfortable contributing to simple, professional social media content.
• Understands consent, documentation, infection control and scope of practice.
• Available on Monday or Tuesday initially; open to expanding to both days and weekends.

Ashlee Jess Aesthetics Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLD

Ashlee Jess Aesthetics is a growing cosmetic and skin clinic in Maroochydore. We are expanding our skin treatment offering and are looking for a qualified Dermal or Advanced Skin Therapist who wants to become a valued, long-term member of the clinic. The role will initially be one regular weekday per week, either Monday or Tuesday. As bookings grow, the position is expected to expand across both Monday and Tuesday, with the potential for further days in the future. Some Saturday availability will eventually be required. This may begin as one Saturday or half day per month and could increase to every second Saturday as demand grows. There can be flexibility around the weekend arrangement, but applicants must be open to some Saturday work.

You will also help develop a polished relaxation facial menu alongside the clinic's existing results-focused skin and cosmetic treatments.

During quieter periods between appointments, the role will also include assisting with the day-to-day running and growth of the clinic, including answering incoming clinic calls, returning missed calls and responding to client enquiries, managing consent forms and ensuring client documentation is complete, assisting with bookings, appointment changes and client follow-up, helping maintain treatment information and educational resources, capturing appropriate clinic and treatment content, adding educational and behind-the-scenes content to social media stories, creating simple educational skin posts, contributing treatment ideas and supporting clinic marketing activities, and assisting with stock, room preparation and general clinic organisation.

About you

Holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or relevant dermal qualification

Has approximately one to two years of relevant clinic experience

Is confident performing skin consultations, facials and foundational skin treatments

Has experience with skin needling, peels, LED or IPL, although training can be provided where required

Communicates professionally and warmly with clients

Is organised, reliable and comfortable managing both treatment and administration responsibilities

Is comfortable contributing to simple, professional social media content

Understands the importance of consent, documentation, infection control and working within scope

Is available on either Monday or Tuesday initially and open to working both days as demand increases

Can offer some future Saturday availability, with flexibility around whether this is a full or half day
