Job summary

Bonny Skin Studio in Geelong is seeking an experienced and passionate Dermal Therapist to join on a part-time basis. You will deliver personalised skin treatments, conduct consultations and build lasting relationships with clients to help them achieve their skin goals.

You will perform advanced procedures such as skin needling, chemical peels, clinical facials and microdermabrasion, develop tailored treatment plans, educate clients on home care and maintain high hygiene and documentation

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a clinical skin environment preferred.
• Excellent consultation, communication and client care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments.
• Perform advanced skin treatments including skin needling, chemical peels, clinical facials and microdermabrasion.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and skincare recommendations.
• Educate clients on skin health, home care and aftercare.
• Build strong client relationships and support ongoing treatment programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold high hygiene and professionalism standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

About the Role

As a Dermal Therapist at Bonny Skin, you'll play an important role in delivering personalised skin treatments and helping clients achieve long-term skin health.

About You

• Holds a recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy or relevant equivalent qualifications.
• Ideally has a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a clinical skin environment.
• Is confident performing skin needling, advanced peels and clinical facials.
• Has excellent consultation, communication and client care skills.
• Is professional, reliable and capable of working independently.
• Has a genuine passion for skin health and delivering results-driven treatments.
• Enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• Experience with HIFU, Medik8 or Circadia would be highly regarded.
