NewSkin Laser Clinics in Caroline Springs, VIC, is seeking an Experienced Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist for a part-time role. You will deliver laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, and retail products while maintaining high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Laser Safety Officer certificate is preferred/required.
• Experience in Laser Hair Removal.
• Strong knowledge of skin treatments and services.
• Familiarity with Aspect and Cosmedix Skin Care lines.
• Passion for creating tailored skin rejuvenation programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and laser treatments for spider veins and acne.
• Conduct medical grade skin peels and facials.
• Treat laser pigmentation and sun damage cases.
• Offer Laser Tattoo Removal where applicable.
• Retail skin care products as part of treatment plans.
• Assist in team management and performance reporting.

We provide a wide range of skin treatments, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, cosmetic injectables and hair regrowth treatment services.

We are seeking Experienced Beauty Therapists or Dermal Therapists.

You will already be working in the industry and are looking for a change or taking on more responsibility than your current role.

About the Role

Working in a family environment of therapists you will provide high quality, professional services to our clients and achieve targets and promote a healthy working environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Laser hair removal
• Laser treatments for spider veins and acne
• Medical grade skin peels and facials
• Laser pigmentation / sun damaged treatments
• Laser Tattoo Removal
• Skin care product retailing for all treatment plans
• Team Management
• Performance Reporting

What you will need to succeed:

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Laser Safety Officer certificate
• Experience in Laser Hair Removal
• Good knowledge of the skin and professional skin treatments and services
• Knowledge of Aspect and Cosmedix Skin Care
• Passion for providing and creating tailored programs in skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and product retailing.
• Have a 'can do' positive attitude and work efficiently in a team
• Cheerful, confident, positive and well presented
• Available to work weekends and late night trade (Thu/Fri)
• Working varied shifts over 7 days
