Hatch in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a Deputy Site Services (Facilities) Manager to lead accommodation, camp operations, travel and essential services for a major project. Reporting to the Site Services Facilities Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective delivery of workforce support across a large FIFO operation.

You will coordinate multiple service providers, maintain high standards of HSE and drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and contractor

Formación

• 7–10+ years in site services or camp management on major projects.
• Experience supporting large FIFO operations.
• Strong HSE knowledge and cost control experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and delivery of site services contracts.
• Coordinate mobilisation, travel and accommodation for personnel.
• Manage accommodation villages, catering, cleaning and recreation.
• Oversee workforce travel and transport services.
• Coordinate site service contractors and interfaces with construction teams.
• Assist in managing essential services infrastructure (power, water, waste, comms).
• Support governance activities: KPI monitoring, audits, compliance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
