Job summary

Thomas More College, a large Catholic secondary school in Adelaide, seeks a dynamic Deputy Principal to join its Executive Leadership Team in 2027. With 1,200+ students and ~170 staff, the College plans further growth to 1,500 students while sustaining a faith-centred learning environment.

Working with the Principal and senior leaders, you will share responsibility for daily operations, systems and vision, ensuring excellent teaching and inclusive student outcomes across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large secondary schools in a Catholic context.
• Proven ability to drive school improvement using data and evidence.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and learning within a faith-centred environment.

• Provide visible, collaborative leadership across daily operations and strategic priorities of a large secondary school.
