• Strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education and ability to strengthen the school’s Catholic identity.
• Ability to lead faith formation, RE and liturgical experiences within the school community.
• Strong instructional leadership with understanding of contemporary teaching, learning and curriculum practices.
• Ability to use student achievement and wellbeing data to improve outcomes for all learners.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and supporting staff development.
• Capacity to lead school improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic direction.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for relationships within school, parish and community.
• Commitment to collaborative, inclusive and wellbeing-focused school culture.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with governance and compliance awareness.
• Commitment to child safety and safeguarding practices.
