Job summary

Emmanuel College, part of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS), is seeking a Deputy Principal – Mission Integration to weave faith and Marianist values through all aspects of College life. The role includes executive leadership with oversight of Catholic identity and mission across Emmanuel College.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership for Catholic faith, Marianist formation, religious education, liturgy, and staff development in faith.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Commitment to Catholic education and Marianist values.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for Catholic faith and Marianist charism within the College.
• Oversee Catholic identity and Marianist mission across school life and learning.
• Lead on religious education, liturgy and faith formation initiatives.
• Support staff leadership and professional development in faith and mission.
• Engage with parishes and the wider faith community; governance and stewardship responsibilities.
