LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach at our Bondi Junction store to lead and empower the store team, build a strong local community, and bring the LSKD values to life. You will work with the Head Coach and Deputy team to create an engaging, inclusive environment and drive growth beyond the shop floor.

You’ll deliver hands-on coaching, organise in-store events, and develop a high-performing team aligned with our brand and community goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong community engagement and event planning abilities.
• Retail operations knowledge and KPI focus.

Responsabilités

• Create daily game plan to inspire and engage the team.
• Organise and deliver in-store events to drive community growth.
• Coach onboarding and ongoing development for new team members.
• Maintain stock, VM, and back-of-house orderliness and inventory accuracy.
• Drive store KPIs like sales, AOV, and conversion through proactive actions.
