Job summary

Complete Group, a trusted WA-owned company with over 30 years of industry experience, seeks a hands-on Depot Operations Team Leader to own day-to-day activities at our Wattleup depot. You’ll lead from the front, coordinate workloads, and manage stock and equipment movements to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality and presentation standards.

You will oversee a team of about 12, ensure pre-starts, allocate tasks, and drive safe, organized operations while maintaining stock records

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a depot, yard, hire, warehouse, construction or similar operational environment.
• Strong leadership and people/task allocation skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Strong focus on quality control, productivity and customer readiness.
• Ability to hold the team accountable to company processes and standards.
• Good understanding of loading, unloading and depot safety.
• Current LF Forklift Licence – essential.
• Good computer and record-keeping skills.
• Positive, practical and proactive attitude.
• Ability to think ahead, prioritise work and keep the team moving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 12 employees.
• Conduct daily pre-starts and allocate people and tasks.
• Plan and prioritise daily workloads to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, buildings and equipment.
• Oversee picking, preparation and staging of orders for delivery.
• Ensure buildings and equipment are cleaned, inspected, maintained and quality checked before leaving the depot.
• Take ownership of the quality and presentation of products leaving the depot.
• Ensure company procedures, processes and safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate stock and equipment records.
• Keep the depot and yard safe, clean and organised.
• Work closely with Operations and Transport to meet customer deadlines.
• Promote a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, quality and ZERO Harm

Complete Group is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Depot Operations Team Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day activities within our Wattleup depot.

This is a practical leadership role managing a team of approximately 12 people. You will lead from the front, coordinate daily workloads, allocate people and tasks, manage stock and equipment movements, and ensure our portable buildings and equipment leave the depot on time and to the required quality and presentation standards.

About the Role:

As Depot Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for keeping the depot organised, productive and safe while ensuring the team follows company processes and procedures.

Our hire fleet includes Crib Rooms, Laundry Units, Portable Bars, Event Toilets, Portable Toilets, Construction Sheds and other portable building assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 12 employees
