Job summary

Peter Stoitse Transport is seeking an experienced transport operations professional to join our General Freight Division as Assistant Depot Manager at our Welshpool depot. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you’ll help run the depot’s daily operations and lead a team of drivers and support staff.

In a typical day, you will communicate with customers, drivers and internal teams to ensure shipments are collected and delivered, maintain freight management systems, update the driver roster, and plan

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
