Job summary

Francis Transport Group is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee Brisbane depot operations and daily linehaul movements. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage drivers and depot activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and timely dispatch.

Based in Brisbane, you will engage with customers and our Central Queensland team to optimise freight movements. The successful candidate will bring linehaul and transport operations experience, strong leadership, NHVR compliance knowledge,

• Previous experience in linehaul freight and transport operations.
• Strong understanding of freight handling, loading and dispatch.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of NHVR compliance and fatigue management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Depot Manager to oversee our Brisbane operations and manage our daily linehaul freight movements.

We're a family-owned transport company specialising in overnight linehaul services between Brisbane and Central Queensland. We're looking for someone who understands transport, can lead a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when required.

Key Responsibilities
