Job summary

Aurizon in Moranbah region is seeking an administrative professional to support the Regional Operations Manager and depot operations. The role involves day-to-day administration, scheduling, document control and purchasing, with the possibility of on-site accommodation options.

You will work from Coppabella depot daily, bring strong communication skills, and coordinate with a capable leadership team to ensure smooth operations. Relocation to Moranbah may be required.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised with strong communication.
• Willing to relocate to Moranbah region.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Day to day administration.
• Scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Document management including archiving and file management.
• Purchasing: creating orders, invoicing, goods receipts.
• Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings.
• Leave management.
• Vehicle management and maintenance coordination.
• This is not a FIFO position; based in or relocating to Moranbah region.
