Gold Coast Coachlines Pty in Burleigh Heads, QLD, is seeking a reliable Bus/Depot Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning operations for the fleet and depot. You will lead by example in a fast-paced transport environment to keep coaches presentable and ready for service.

The role requires hands-on work, with responsibilities for quality checks, safety compliance, and coordination of cleaning schedules. A driver’s licence is highly regarded, and flexibility to work Monday to Friday is preferred.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bus/Depot Cleaner to join our team at our Burleigh Heads depot. This is an important role in keeping our depot and coaches clean, presentable and ready for our drivers and passengers each day.

About the role:

As the Bus/Depot Cleaner, you will oversee the daily cleaning operations of our fleet, ensuring all buses are cleaned, sanitised, and presentation ready for service. You will work as part of a team to uphold safety and quality standards.

This is a hands on role, suited to someone who enjoys leading by example and working in a fast paced transport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily cleaning operations
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high presentation standards
• Manage cleaning schedules aligned with operational requirements
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety policies
• Report maintenance or damage issues to the operations team

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role (transport or fleet highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours (Monday to Friday)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Understanding workplace health and safety requirements
• A valid Driver's Licence (heavy vehicle licence is highly regarded)
