Job summary

Mastercard powers economies and enables secure, inclusive digital payments worldwide. The Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Deploy, will help acquire, engage, and retain clients by elevating quality, governance, and value delivery across programs.

Partnering with Deploy leaders, you will shape standards, develop playbooks and dashboards, and mentor junior consultants while expanding capability within the practice.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
• 4-6 years of Project Management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in strengthening and scaling the Deploy capability by supporting the leadership team with insight, structure, and discipline across quality, resourcing, financials, and opportunity management.
• You will focus on enabling effective decision‑making, consistent standards, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Work closely with Deploy leaders to support planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Grow capability over time by taking increasing ownership of specific practice areas with coaching and guidance from senior leaders.
