Job summary

Bunnings is hiring a Department Manager to run daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume department in Australia. You will lead 20+ team members, drive service quality, merchandising excellence and safety culture while reporting to Store Leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a large team with a focus on Safety and Wellbeing.
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of KPI measurement and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ to deliver Best Experience and safe work environment.
• Open and close the store across weekdays and weekends.
• Drive sales through merchandising, planning and staff engagement.
• Manage rostering, performance conversations and recognition.
• Ensure stock accuracy and loss prevention processes.
