MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager for the Maxima Wintergarden store in Queensland. This part-time role offers 35 hours per week, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a retail team to meet KPIs while upholding MECCA values.

Availability for late evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth through MECCAversity education programs and bonus opportunities as part of the team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store

Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team

Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams

A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments

Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

Requirement of the role:
