MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager to lead the MECCA Maxima Bondi Junction store in NSW, full-time 38 hours per week. You will guide the team on the shop floor to deliver memorable customer moments and MECCA Magic, balancing experience with commercial outcomes.

As a Zone Manager, you’ll develop leadership skills, learn from senior leaders, and own your zone while making an impact on customers and your team. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

• Ability to coach and motivate staff to achieve targets.

Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores.
