AM Dental Clinics is seeking an experienced, motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practices in Sydenham and Melton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist with a strong focus on clear aligners, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment and extractions. We are looking for a clinician confident in delivering a broad range of general, restorative and aesthetic treatments, with the opportunity to undertake more complex cases, grow their clinical caseload and develop these key treatment areas across our well established practices.

With an established patient base across two locations, modern facilities and excellent clinical support, this role offers significant potential for a dedicated practitioner to build a rewarding and financially successful career.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced dentist who is confident in independently managing patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans and delivering high quality clinical care, including more involved restorative and cosmetic procedures.

Key clinical areas include:

• Clear aligners – case assessment, treatment planning and aligner treatment.

• Crowns and bridges – restorative rehabilitation and fixed prosthodontics.

• Cosmetic dentistry – aesthetic restorations, smile enhancements and smile makeovers.

• Root canal treatment – endodontic diagnosis and treatment.

• Extractions – routine and surgical extractions within the clinician's scope of practice.

• Comprehensive general dentistry – diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care and restorative procedures.

• Digital dentistry – use of digital workflows and modern dental technologies.

We are particularly interested in a clinician who enjoys undertaking a broad range of treatments, can confidently present comprehensive treatment options and is motivated to grow their higher-value restorative, cosmetic and clear aligner caseload.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience practicing as a general dentist.

• Current AHPRA registration and the required Victorian radiation registrations and licences.

• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making and treatment-planning skills.

• Confidence in delivering comprehensive general dental care, including restorative treatments, RCT and extractions.

• Experience or a strong clinical interest in crowns, bridges, cosmetic dentistry and clear aligners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient centered approach and commitment to high-quality clinical outcomes.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

• A professional, motivated and positive approach to patient care and practice development.

Experience with clear aligners, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, extractions and digital workflows will be highly regarded.

This is a commission-based position offering excellent earning potential for a dedicated practitioner with the clinical skills and motivation to build a strong patient base.

An immediate start is available, although the commencement date is negotiable.

Full-time is preferred, but part-time arrangements can be considered for the right candidate.
