My Gentle Dentist – Brookside on Brisbane's Northside invites an Experienced or New Graduate Associate Dentist to join our busy, high-performing practice. Immediate start with 2–3 days per week and 1–2 Saturdays per month, offering strong earning potential within a modern setting.

Due to continued growth and a recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced dentist to work 2-3 days per week including 1-2 Saturdays a month , with an immediate start available.

Clinical Scope

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and is confident communicating treatment options to patients.

About You

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Has current AHPRA registration
• Experience preferred but New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Is confident in comprehensive general dentistry
• Demonstrates excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Is motivated, ethical, and growth-oriented
• Works well within a collaborative team environment
• Has experience or interest in surgical extractions and endodontics (highly regarded)

A commitment to high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development is essential.

Availability

• 2-3 days per week
• Ability to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month (8am–2pm) will be highly appreciated.

Remuneration

Excellent commission-based remuneration package with high income potential reflective of experience, productivity, and clinical capability.
