Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
• Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries.
• Processing payments and HICAPS claims.
• Assisting with recalls and practice growth activities.
• Supporting social media and practice marketing when required.
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and materials.
• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control.
• Cleaning and preparing surgeries between patients.
• Supporting dentists and patients throughout treatment.
• Monitoring clinical supplies and assisting with stock management.
