Studfield Dental Group is seeking a highly experienced, patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our modern practice in Melbourne. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for appointments, patient enquiries, and supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a dental practice.
• Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) is essential.
• Knowledge of payments processing, private health insurance claims, HICAPS and Medicare CDBS, and patient accounts.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Studfield Dental Group is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team in our modern Studfield practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident dental professional with extensive chairside and reception experience who is looking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where patient care and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and friendly approach will help deliver the outstanding service we're known for.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and can confidently manage a busy reception environment.

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a dental practice
• Previous experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) is essential
• Knowledge processing payments, private health insurance claims, HICAPS, Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and patient accounts
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
