Job summary

Health Partners in Adelaide is seeking experienced dental receptionists to join our Pirie Street practice and help us keep patient journeys smooth from entry to exit. You will welcome patients, manage recalls, handle calls, process accounts and schedule follow-ups, contributing to a friendly, efficient team dedicated to member wellbeing.

You will work with a supportive team in a community-focused not-for-profit setting, with opportunities for internal learning and professional growth in dental

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or medical administration or reception.
• Experience processing accounts and booking appointments.
• Experience with cash handling and receipting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be motivated, organised and able to manage workload while staying calm under pressure.
• Be reliable, honest and contribute to our team environment.

About The Role

We’re on the hunt for experienced dental receptionists to join our bustling Pirie Street practice to help us keep the smiles coming! In this role you’ll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.

• Welcome and sign patients in
• Maintain patient recall system to make sure reminders are sent promptly
• Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries
• Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments

About You

If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you! You’ll also have experience with:

• Experience processing accounts and booking appointments
• Experience with cash handling and receipting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be a motivated, organised and able to manage your workload while staying calm under pressure
• Be reliable, honest and contribute to our fantastic team environment
