Job summary

Bupa Dental Kensington is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our three-chair practice and develop a high-performing team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on day-to-day operations, patient experience, and building a supportive culture for staff and patients.

You will oversee performance, rostering, and financial management while collaborating with the Practice Principal and Development Manager to drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within dental, healthcare or another customer focused environment.
• Around 2+ years’ experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, revenue and costs.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to balance people, patients and operational priorities.
• Confidence navigating challenging conversations and solving problems.
• A warm, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for building a great team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a diverse team, creating a positive and collaborative practice culture.
• Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the practice and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Manage team performance, rostering, workflow and operational priorities.
• Take ownership of practice performance including revenue, costs and P&L.
• Build strong relationships with dentists, support teams and patients.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement and overall practice performance.
