• Perform weekly administrative and management tasks.
• Support the practice owner with scheduling and organisational duties.
• Lead daily huddles and assist with team communication.
• Assist with financial reporting and basic bookkeeping (Xero).
• Manage HR tasks including onboarding, recruitment, and staff support.
• Maintain stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Help with marketing, patient engagement, and local community presence.
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and clinic policies.
