Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Global Head of Content, Publishing & Movement Marketing to lead the content strategy and scale our voice across markets. You will own the content lifecycle, collaborate with product and marketing, and drive movement marketing initiatives in a remote-first global team.

Based anywhere in Australia, this full-time role offers a base of 83k with a total earnings target of 140,960 OTE, plus ESOP and a comprehensive benefits package to support growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B).
• Experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
• Strong phone presence and ability to exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Hit and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
• Qualify key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handover of leads.
