• Position Overview
  
  

The Digital Application Specialist / CTS, is responsible for providing comprehensive education around applications and digital workflows to CTS customers, ensuring a deep understanding of equipment functionality, maintenance, and integration across our software solutions – CEREC, inLab, Sidexis, SiCAT and DS Core. This role involves growing educational revenue and DS Services utilisation by conducting training programs, driving product utilisation, and maintaining favorable client relations to increase market share and penetration. The position requires a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Primary Objectives
• Support customers in the initial phases of their learning journey by guiding them through the use of our digital equipment and workflows to increase DS material adoption and equipment utilisation.
• Generate revenue through digital education and deliver essential training to advance customer adoption of DS equipment and digital workflows.
• Drive the growth of customer adoption and user engagement by leveraging the DS Software platforms.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to ensure the highest quality learning experience for our customers.
  
  

Knowledge Required

• Ensure ongoing currency of functional and technical knowledge through self-directed learning, training, and personal research.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and procedures relevant to CTS products.
  
  

Teamwork

• Collaborate effectively within the team, providing support and sharing responsibility for task completion.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders to enhance business outcomes and client satisfaction.
