Job summary

Bupa Dental Chatswood is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant - Receptionist to provide a high-quality front-office experience and support both patient care and administrative tasks in a busy 7-chair practice near Chatswood Chase Mall.

The role involves managing appointments, billing, patient records, and assisting with treatments and x-ray procedures while upholding infection control standards and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Front desk coordination and appointment management

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
• Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and proudly role-modelling Bupa’s values every day.
