Job summary

Bupa Dental Martin Place is recruiting a friendly Dental Assistant - Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll manage front-desk duties, scheduling, billing, and patient records while supporting clinical staff in a busy 5-chair practice.

Ideal candidates will be organised, customer-focused, and able to work 1–2 days per week between 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM. Public transport nearby and a welcoming team environment await.

Qualifications

• Experience answering phones and greeting patients in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-office experience and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with billing, payments, and maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support chairside care and maintain room cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to infection control standards and practice protocols.
