Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences in front-office role.
• Manage patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, and records.
• Coordinate lab work, supplies, and scheduling workflows.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support chairside care by assisting with treatments and x-rays, maintaining rooms per infection control.
• Welcome patients and manage enquiries, bookings, recalls, payments and records.
• Coordinate laboratory work, monitor supplies, and keep schedules and workflows efficient.
• Follow practice protocols, health and safety, data security, and Bupa values.
