Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Australia as Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator.
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
• Fast-paced role requiring a self-starter and strong communication.
• Organised with attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
• Train Dental Assistants on cleaning, sterilisation and chairside procedures.
• Maintain sterilisation standards and instrument processing.
• Support Practice Manager to ensure patient care and service quality.
