The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ Australian experience as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator, plus Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting, and strong communication and customer service skills, with an organised, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in Australia as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
• Motivated self-starter in a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, supporting the Practice Manager
• Train Dental Assistants on correct processes for cleaning, sterilisation, chairside assistance and practice protocols
• Establish and maintain effective sterilisation of contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice standards
