About the Dental Assistant job

You will play a vital role in both clinical and front-desk operations of the practice, assisting the team in delivering exceptional patient care. The position involves:

• Managing sterilisation processes and keeping clinical supplies well-stocked
• Assisting with patient care and helping to build strong, trusting relationships
• Supporting the upkeep of a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment
• Handling appointment scheduling and responding to patient enquiries via phone and email

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to be part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1-year dental assisting experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learning ability and a proactive attitude
• Confidence working in both clinical and reception settings
• Cert III in Dental Assisting is preferred
• Either Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa allowing work in Australia
