Job summary

National Dental Care is seeking a confident and customer-focused Dental Assistant for our Browns Plains practice on a casual basis. You will provide high quality clinical and administrative support to clinicians and engage with patients in a positive, professional manner.

The role requires 3–4 days per week (occasional Saturdays) with a polished presentation, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills to manage busy workloads.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to clinicians.
• Engage with patients in a positive and professional manner.
• Support the practice to ensure smooth patient flow and service quality.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant in our thriving Browns Plains practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Dental Assistant experience - necessary
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

You are:

• Available 3 - 4 days per week (occasional Saturdays)
• Highly professional with a polished image and takes pride in your personal presentation
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
