Brisbane Biodentistry in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our close-knit dental team. We value teamwork, work-life balance and delivering a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities include chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilisation, patient reception, appointment bookings and basic administration. Prior dental assisting or reception experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting and/or reception is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of dental terminology is advantageous.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a great opportunity for friendly, motivated and reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and want to contribute to a supportive dental team.

Responsibilities will include a combination of the following:

• Providing chairside assistance to our dentists during dental procedures
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilisation and infection control
• Welcoming patients and assisting with enquiries
• Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling general administrative duties
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Helping ensure every patient receives a welcoming and positive experience

Previous dental assisting and/or reception experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right people who demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative and a genuine willingness to learn.
