Clearly Dental Dapto, part of Bupa Dental, is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant – Receptionist to join on a casual basis. The role blends front-desk duties with chairside support for our clinical team, and is located a short walk from Dapto train station.

You will welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle enquiries with excellent communication and a positive, patient‑facing approach. Shifts include Monday to Saturday, with Thursday, Friday and Saturday availability essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception, ideally with at least one year's experience.
• Willingness and ability to support both reception and chairside duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to patient care.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The purpose of this job is:

You’ll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly creating a positive experience for every patient. Your day may include welcoming patients, managing appointments and enquiries, supporting reception operations and providing chairside assistance to our clinicians.
