Job summary

Fresh Dental Care Grafton is offering a full-time Dental Assistant – Receptionist position (38 hours/week) with Monday through Friday scheduling and some Saturday work. You will support dentists with chairside assistance, manage stock and records, and help with bookings and billing, while maintaining a high standard of infection control and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience is a must; Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
• Demonstrated chair-side assistance skills: instrument handling, suction, mixing materials, X-rays, and instrumentation.
• Strong infection control knowledge and ability to clean, prepare, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Dentists in delivering patient care with chairside assistance.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented surgery; manage stock and orders.
• Assist with patient bookings, billing/payments, records management, and responding to patient inquiries.
