Job summary

Nova Dental Implant Centre in Ramsgate Beach is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant / Receptionist for a part-time role and a full-time Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver exceptional patient care. The roles cover hands-on clinical work and patient-facing reception tasks, in a friendly, patient-centred practice environment.

We welcome applicants who enjoy a busy clinical setting, prioritise patient comfort, and can work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Qualifications

Experience in dental assisting, ideally within a general or surgical practice.
Strong infection control, sterilisation and clinical procedures knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organised approach with ability to multitask.
Reception or administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clinicians during surgical and general dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials for procedures.
Maintain sterilisation, infection control and workplace hygiene standards.
Provide attentive patient care and support before, during and after treatment.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Assist with stock management and day-to-day clinical operations.
Maintain a clean, organised, professional clinical environment.
Collaborate with clinicians and the wider team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
