Job summary

Bupa Dental Blacktown is seeking a Dental Assistant - Receptionist to deliver a high-quality front-office experience, manage patient bookings, billing and records, and support clinical care delivery. You’ll engage with patients, maintain infection control standards, and help keep the practice running smoothly within a busy multi-chair setting.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting front-office operations and assisting with basic clinical tasks.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, handling patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing and records.
• Coordinate laboratory work, monitor supplies and ensure efficient schedules, systems and workflows.
• Uphold safety, infection control, data security and align with Bupa values.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality front-office experience, overseeing patient appointments and records.
• Support chairside clinical care and treatments as needed, including maintaining treatment rooms.
• Assist with billing, payments, and accurate patient documentation.
• Contribute to smooth practice operation by coordinating workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
