Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a warm experience.
• Answering phone enquiries and managing appointments.
• Managing reception administration, accounts and patient payments.
• Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions.
• Assisting dentists and clinical team during appointments.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control.
• Sterilising instruments and keeping the practice tidy.
