About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and caring for patients from the moment they arrive

• Managing appointments and phone enquiries

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced as a Dental Assistant,Dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare role

• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Able to multitask in a busy environment

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

• Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant is preferred. We also welcome applications from experienced medical receptionists and customer service professionals with a genuine interest in dentistry.

Experience with dental software is highly regarded, but we're happy to provide training for the right person.
