Job summary

Bupa Dental Lindfield is seeking a Dental Assistant - Receptionist in a casual capacity, with a four-day weekly pattern Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will be the friendly face, manage patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintain accurate records, while assisting chairside with treatments and x-ray support.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
• Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and proudly role-modelling Bupa’s values every day.
